It's back to work today after a fun weekend. I thought I could sum up the weekend by doing a Not Me! Monday post. This blog carnival was MckMama's idea of how we can
not tell all of the things we done in the past week that we are outrageous and that we would
never do. Head over to her
blog to check out other blogs who also posted a Not Me! Monday. (Continue to pray for her Baby Stellan who is still battling serious heart issues.)
For starters, Lily did
not have her first sleepover at our house Friday night! She is just a baby and is much too young for sleepovers, haha! Guess you see below she did
not have company in her room that insisted on making a pallet on the floor in her room and watching "Alvin and the Chipmunks" until they passed out. Lily would also
never sleep right beside her cousins Hunter and Erin all alone since she has
never (for real) spent a night without being in the bed with her mommy and daddy!

Feeling sad that my baby is growing up would
never cause me to sleep in Lily's bed right beside the kids to make sure that she is ok through the night. Ha! I would
not ever do that. Our master bedroom is right across the hall.
After a successful sleepover, lots of playing outside, and swimming, I did
not manage to talk my wonderful husband into taking us shopping. :) Look at these cute pics of Lily before we left on our shopping trip.

We had a great time since it had been over a month since I had been shopping anywhere out of town.
It was even better when we got our ticket at Chili's and our waitress didn't charge for our drinks, we did
not pay quickly and hightail it out of there as fast as we could before she realized her mistake. That would be so dishonest. (We did leave her a generous tip in exchange though.)
Later that night, my sister in law and I did
not try on tons of swimsuits never finding just the perfect one and then in anger, leave all of them in the dressing room. This is something I would
never do. My conscience really bothers me about leaving stuff in dressing rooms for poor workers to have to put up. (Dear God & Sears employee, forgive me!)
I did
not shop until the P.A. system in the mall announced that the mall was closing and all shoppers need to take their purchases to the checkout..
Whew! All of that shopping wore all of us out. I definitely did
not let Lily sleep in her shirt that she wore all day shopping instead of her pj's because I did
not want to wake her since she fell asleep in the car on the way home.
On Sunday, we did
not get Lily to pose in her swimsuit for even more cute, cute pics. She does this when we say "Model, Lily!"

Have a great week, everyone!
